Adrian "Duquecito" Hernandez brings a lifetime of elite baseball to every athlete who walks through our doors. A former Major League pitcher with the New York Yankees and Milwaukee Brewers, Adrian began his career with the Cuban National Team — where he helped Los Industriales win two National Championships.

Today, his mission is simple: pass that knowledge, work ethic, and standard down to the next generation. Every Aces athlete trains under a coaching philosophy built at the highest level of professional baseball.

A first-round pick out of the University of Miami and six-year Major Leaguer, Coach Jemile brings elite-level pro experience to every Aces athlete. As Director of Skills Program he leads daily skills instruction across the Homeschool Program and travel-team development — hitting mechanics, base-running, infield play, and the mental game of high-level baseball. His philosophy: build athletes who can compete at any level, on the field and off it.
