1. Program Description

Brand It World Inc. dba Aces Sports Academy operates an SMS program to send program reminders, schedule updates, tryout announcements, registration deadlines, summer camp info, weather/cancellation alerts, and occasional promotional offers to parents, guardians, and athletes who have provided consent. Marketing (promotional) consent and non-marketing (customer care) consent are collected as two separate, unchecked checkboxes on our website form at https://aces-academy.pplx.app/.

2. How to Opt In

Check the SMS consent box(es) on our website contact form at https://aces-academy.pplx.app/.
Reply YES or START to a confirmation message we send when you provide your phone number in person or at a registration event.
Submit a paper registration form with the SMS opt-in box checked.

You will receive a one-time confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase or program enrollment.

3. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will get a confirmation message and will not receive further marketing texts. Service-critical messages (e.g., emergency cancellations of an active registration) may still be sent where required.

5. Message Frequency

Frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per week during active programs (camps, tournament season, registration windows) and fewer during the off-season.

Brand It World Inc. dba Aces Sports Academy does not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for plan details.

7. Supported Carriers

Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & No Sale of Mobile Data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share with service providers (e.g., our SMS platform) strictly to operate the messaging program. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to opt in. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must opt in on your behalf.
