Welcome to Aces Sports Academy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (acesacademy.net) and our programs and services. By accessing the site, registering, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Programs are designed for youth athletes, generally ages 6–15. Registrations for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

2. Programs & Services

• Aces offers baseball training, softball training, speed & agility training, summer camps, and travel team programs.
• Schedules, locations, coaches, and program details may change. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.
• Spots in travel teams are limited and offered based on tryouts and roster availability.

3. Registration, Payment & Refunds

• Tuition, deposits, and fees are due according to the registration agreement for each program.
• Refund eligibility is detailed in each program's specific agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable; balances may be refundable up to a stated cutoff date.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party processors. You are responsible for accurate billing information.

4. Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your contact information you agree we may contact you via email and phone for service-related matters. If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages. See our SMS Policy and Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release

Athletic activity carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in Aces programs, parents/guardians and athletes acknowledge these risks. A separate liability waiver and release will be required at registration. Nothing in these Terms substitutes for that waiver.

6. Code of Conduct

• Athletes, parents, and spectators are expected to act with respect toward coaches, staff, opponents, officials, and facilities.
• Aces reserves the right to dismiss any participant for conduct that violates this code, with or without refund, at our discretion.

7. Photo & Media Release

Aces may take photos and videos at sessions, games, and events. Unless you provide written notice in advance, you grant Aces the right to use these images for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, training materials — is owned by Aces Sports Academy or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, college placements, or scholarship results. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aces Sports Academy and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
